Sign in to SmartInventory AI, go to Settings and tap “Delete account”. Confirm by typing your account email. The request opens a 30-day grace period —during which you can cancel it— after which your account and data are permanently deleted.
If you can’t access the app, email us at privacidad@smartinventoryai.com from your account’s email address stating that you want to delete it. We’ll verify your identity and process the deletion. You don’t need to reinstall the app to request it.
Your account and profile, all your assets and inventory, your images, your collections and locations are removed, and any active subscription is cancelled. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
We only keep the minimum data required by legal or tax obligations (for example, billing records), for the period required by applicable law and in a dissociated form where possible.
In-app deletion completes after the 30-day grace period. Email requests are handled within a reasonable time after we verify your identity.
